Lost, Lost, Lost

Have you ever put something away, and never found it again... before the Retreat (which was great), I started looking for some fibre, cashmere and silk, enough to make a shawl, and I CAN NOT FIND IT...... I have racked my brain, and looked every where, and I can't find it...do any of you know where i put it...
We had a wonderful retreat, new managers from the Philippines, so our food was a little different, but good...had a great time catching up with old friends...i took $100 and spent it all... also did a bit of trading and that went well too..
But this week started off badly... Toni phoned me yesterday morning, her buddy and my good friend lost her husband to a sudden heart attack... it was devastating, they were so close and the very best of friends.. it broke my heart to think of her being alone, I decided not to go to the funeral, I won't get to spend anytime with her, so I plan on going down later and spend some time with her, when things have quieted down and she has some time to get herself together...
Got Wynn spayed last Wednesday, she came thru with flying colours, the clinic suggested that she be walked on a leash for a week, by Thursday, she was flying around here, you would never know that she had had surgery..kept the collar on her for only one day, guess I haven't downloaded the pictures yet... she is doing very well, we have started her serious training this week, and she catches on immediately... we have moved down off Iron Mtn for our agility classes, I missed last Saturday cause of the retreat, so am looking forward to this Saturday..i plan on taking Wynn just to get her used to the X pen and being around other dogs and people.. better go and get the laundry finished... i am expecting some pictures of the gift i received at the retreat... guaranteed to make ya giggle.... see ya soon...............

It sounds like Wynn is going to be a natural for the Agility course. She sure is cute.
